Who processes your data

The data controller is INVECON ENGINEERING LLP, Republic of Kazakhstan, Astana. For data protection enquiries: issenov@invecon.kz.

What we collect

• Data you submit through the enquiry form: name, company, position, email, telephone, enquiry type, service of interest, message text and any attached file.
• Technical visit data: IP address, device and browser type, referral source, UTM parameters and pages viewed, via web analytics services.
• Data from enquiries made by email or telephone.

Legal basis and purposes

Processing is based on the consent you give when submitting the form, and on the performance of, or steps preparatory to, a contract. Purposes: responding to your enquiry, preparing a commercial proposal, maintaining client records, improving the site and analysing acquisition channels.

Retention

Enquiry data is retained for as long as necessary to handle the enquiry and any subsequent engagement, and in any event no longer than three years from the last contact unless a different period is required by law.

Disclosure to third parties

We do not sell or pass your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be processed by infrastructure and analytics providers (hosting, web analytics, CRM) to the extent necessary for the site to function. Consortium companies are involved only to the extent required to prepare a response.

Your rights

• Obtain information about which of your data is processed.
• Request correction, blocking or erasure of data that is incomplete, out of date or unlawfully obtained.
• Withdraw your consent to processing.
• Contact issenov@invecon.kz — we respond within the period prescribed by applicable law.

Files and attachments

Files uploaded through the form are validated server-side for type and size. Please do not send restricted documents through the form before a confidentiality agreement is in place.
