Industrial & Manufacturing
Metallurgy, machinery, process plants — greenfield and brownfield.
Sectors
We list only sectors in which we hold delivered and current projects. For each: what is specific, the governing risks and the relevant services.
The sector determines what actually drives the project: on an industrial asset it is the process line and long-lead deliveries; in development it is the handover date and cost per square metre; in infrastructure it is seasonal windows and differing acceptance regimes. The mix of management functions therefore differs by sector.
Metallurgy, machinery, process plants — greenfield and brownfield.
Airports, ports, transport and utility infrastructure.
Residential complexes and development projects: sales dates, cost, quality.
Generation, hydropower, energy infrastructure.
Data centres: engineering systems, redundancy, commissioning of critical systems.
Processing plants, livestock complexes, storage and product logistics.
Retail and service assets, mixed use, tenant-driven facilities.

Because different things drive the project in each. On an industrial asset it is the process line and long-lead deliveries; in development the handover date and cost per square metre; in infrastructure seasonal windows and differing acceptance regimes. Priorities shift accordingly — procurement in one case, project controls in another, supervision in a third.
The list is limited to sectors where we hold delivered and current projects — we do not claim experience we lack. If your asset fits none of them, start with an audit or due diligence: those products do not depend on sector specifics.
Start with a short conversation. If the situation is difficult, start with a project audit: 3–5 weeks, fixed price, an independent opinion.
We reply within 1 business day. A commercial proposal follows within 5 business days of the scoping meeting.
