Qualifications
INVECON team qualifications
The project team is led by INVECON ENGINEERING. Consortium capabilities are engaged inside the INVECON contract — for the client it remains one contract and one accountable party.
Individual leadership and key specialist profiles are published once approved and professionally photographed. The page structure and CMS fields are already in place.
Held by INVECON ENGINEERING. The legal basis for acting as the manager of a capital construction project on the owner's side.
INVECON specialists are certified under IPMA, the international qualification standard for project management.
The team works to PMI/PMBOK, AACE, FIDIC and ISO 19650; planning is done in Primavera P6.
Technical supervision and structural assessment are performed by certified experts; lender's monitoring runs under Development Bank of Kazakhstan accreditation.
Design and working documentation are produced within the INVECON EPCM stream under a first-category licence.
